Lovett Dental

First visit was a flop. Waited over 45 minutes to be seen and was told I needed 7 cavities filled and 1 root canal (which was later proven not to have been needed). Was stupid and never got a second opinion. Went back and got root canal. Horrible experience. Dentist went back and forth beteen patients (telling them they needed root canals) and leaving me sitting there. After that visit I went back for other fillings and to get my crown and they told me that my BP was too high to do anything (yet my BP was higher on the root canal day!). Crown was "lost and not made" since the other company went down and I was told to wait ANOTHER 3 weeks after the initial few week after a root canal
Unhealthy as can be. Went back again and waited more than a hour past my time and finally got my appointment in. Crown didn't fit and I got shunned and treated like a bother from Dorsie since it was a later appointment and she needed to go get her kids. Im sorry, I am not leaving with something that doesn't fit my mouth!!! Was told I couldn't receive a normal cleaning due to needing scaling. Saw 2 other dentists and both graded my teeth and both said they were 2&3 and I was fine to get a cleaning. Lovett was trying to get ANOTHER chunk of money out of me.

I was SO extremely afraid to get a root canal, etc. Dr. Doisy-Fann was gentle and made the whole experience pain free and easy. I would certainly recommend her if you are "afraid" of going to the dentist. She's awesome!

I feared and avoided dentists for years due to bad past experiences! But finding lovett dental was a blessing for me. As soon as I walked in I became the staffs main priority! They made me feel at ease. Dr. Fann preformed a root canal on me and kept me very comfortable. The staff kept coming in to chat with me and ask if I was feeling ok.!!! Victor, Stephanie, and even there office manager made sure I left with a great experience and they succeeded. My past experience is of no worry anymore thanks to the staff and Dr. FANN.!
