The office is so clean and offers games for the kiddos to play while they wait to help ease any discomfort. Every staff member that I made contact with smiled and said hello which I personally think says a lot. Diane was so sweet and talked to my child directly which made her comfortable. Dr. Hall was wonderful, answered every question we had and put to rest any doubts we had! Best Experience!! :)

I just got my braces on about 2-3 weeks ago and I was having an issue that made my mouth and jaw sore. Dr Halls office got me in quick to see him and he fixed the issue with no problem. My mouth feels great now!

My daughter always looks forward to her visit to Epic Orthodontics. The assistants are so gentle with her and friendly. Her favorite part is when Dr. Hall comes to do his exam because he always has something funny to say and the sends her off with a fist bump which is her favorite part! Dr. Penny is the only name we heard when asking around years ago for personal referrals. We soon found out why. Dr. Penny was always so kind and caring and took pride in his work and patients. I always thought it is going to be pretty hard to find someone to fill Dr. Penny's shoes, if he ever decided to retire. When he decided to bring in Dr. Hall we could tell he had found someone who had the same character traits. Such a pleasant office. The whole staff is great. Thank you all for a wonderful experience over the years.

What a wonderful place. My child is learning responsibility as she is able to check herself in when we walk in the door. She feels safe and confident. She trusts those who are helping out with her orthodontic experience. It is nice, as a parent, to see these qualities in my child because of the quality care we are recieving.
