The food at this restaurant is alright, so long as you don't call ahead for take out. We phoned an order in and were told it would be 20 minutes. No problem. So when we showed up, they took our payment and said it would be a couple of minutes. Restaurant did not appear overly busy. Approximately 15 minutes later, our order was ready as I stood there and watched them make it! I don't know who the manager on duty was, but enough workers saw that I was pretty hacked off and no one made any attempt to rush the order, let alone even apologize for it being their mistake that my order was not ready as they had indicated on the phone. They all seemed to busy chatting with each other and strolling around. Alright food, extremely poor and uncaring service. Guess customer service is not a top priority for them in this poor economy. One more lost customer....

Great pizza! It reminded me of New York. The Cheesesteaks are better then Gino's, (Philly).

The owners of this restaurant are very rude and enjoy cussing at their customers. They have the "don't give a crape" attitude and it reflects on the customers & staff. We called to order a pizza to be delivered and waited about an hour. We called to check on the delivery & was told by the owner that they do not deliver anymore (even though we just had delivery 5 days prior). I said to her "that really sucks" and her response was "I don't give a s--t" yelling through the phone. I hung up & my husband called back & spoke to her husband. He questioned why they don't deliver anymore and the owner was explaining while I picked up another phone to listen. I asked him if he had happen to speak to his wife about the last phone conversation she had and his response was "I don't appreciate you cussing at my wife" (which I didn't) and went off cussing me & my husband and ending the conversation with "go f--k yourselves and have a nice life. I am still in shock that they spoke to regular customers. I say regular because we gave them alot of business and also told many people how good the food was. Well the word we are spreading now is to AVOID this restaurant entirely.

This is a nice casual dining restaurant. The pizza isn't great, but the cheesesteak sandwiches are good. The portions are very large and a good value for the money.
