I read the reviews on the New Berlin office. This office is very dift. I find the office staff amazing I find the Drs.Nurse one of the best nurses ever. That would be Dr. Junck's nurse- though the dr. is helping me, when I asked her for real help in a social way- she refused and was rather nasty. Her staff though, from front desk to nurse had so much compassion and believed she would help.. This is part of being a dr. knowing the whole pt. Again, they are helping but I want a different dr. She did a biopsy, yet will not culture a virus for what is wrong. 2 yrs is a long time yet she relates the problem to a dift dx which it is not from. If she listened, as her nurse did she would understand. I would like an older dr, and one w/ experience. As it is, this town lacks dermos. She is the wrong Dr. for me. I am much older than her, and have been sick since I was 3. I did med. research and also was a professional in a hospital. I think I know my body better than she does, I'm sure of this. And, the lack of compassion,, like I was a low life makes me feel she is not for me. She is not better than anyone at all- other Drs. reached out in social ways but she lacked warmth. I give the place high marks because of the staff. I will say it is very difficult to get through to them via phone but they call back. Use another dr. though. (the stars are for staff, the expertise is the Dr.
