        Moved from Portland to Washougal a few months ago. Needed to transfer my pet grooming. Got in right away, service was awesome and dog got a great grooming. Only thing I don't really like is it is a cash only business but other than that great place to go.

        Horrible place to take your family pet. They keep them caged for about 2.5 hours before they take them out to groom them. They get no water or pee breaks. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They are over priced and they keep your animal for 4 hours. This is NOT acceptable at all. If appointment is at 1:00 then start grooming at 1;00 instead of 4:00. Horrible place

        I take my dog Buddy there once every 6 weeks. I will not go anywhere else, but to the Spa. He loves the treats when he gets there and always runs to the water fountain to drink his water. Comes home clean, smelling good and looks handsome. I like what others say about the place. They do nice work and I recommend them Janice -Vancouver

        wonderful group of ladies

        I've been taking my dog to pet spa now for 3 years. The ladies down at the spa always treat me and my dog "max" wonderfully. He's always so happy to be there. The groomers always play with him and he loves every minute of it. The shop is clean and smells good. I just can't say enough about them. Thank you guys much for loving my dog like he was yours! See ya soon :)

        I give these girls a 5 star and nothing less. The way they greeted my buddy dog & I on our first visit was so refreshing that we both look forward to this greeting each time My buddy loves the attention. I have never seen a grooming facility so clean welcoming & feel so nice that I wanted the attention that my buddy received. As I watched other customers leave with their pets they were leaving smiling. In this busy world and rush rush of life it is good to know that small business like theirs cares about what they do and how their customers feel.I admire these working Moms who love my buddy as if it is theirs. I also sneaked a peek in the back and noticed that facility was fenced which I really liked. They caught my curious eyes and opened the doors to tour the shop was delighted to see the human tubs the separate room for drying so buddy is safe from other dogs he is moody like me likes a Den.When I came to pick up buddy he was clean, fluffy, smelled so good Thankyou girls Janet Camas
