Vidant Beaufort Hospital

When I got back from my family vacation I was inundated with messages about my mother (Luz Jones) having been admitted to your hospital for breathing problems. After calling around and finally getting ahold of the ICU unit I was first required to give my information (very professional) to verify who I was exactly to the patient and then was given my mother's status and what they were doing for her. During the week that she was in ICU I called every day and was updated as to her status which made me feel very good. Your ICU team was fabulous in the way they handled information exchange in answering all of my questions and the care given to my mother. I also would like to give a personal thank you and virtual hug to both Brittney and Hailey (hopefully I spelled their names correctly), these two nurses in my opinion; exemplified what it means to be a nurse and patient advocate and I hope they both go far in their careers. Thank you for everything.
