Providence Opticians Inc

I went on Aug 6th 2009 for glasses and they told me two weeks its is now Aug 27th I still do not have the glasses I called several times and people keep giving me different dates I called this morning and Ed Winslow got sarcastic with me because I ask whats is wrong with their business and service he stated if it was written in stone I wouldn't need glasses very astounded by the comment I disconnected the call. I wouldn't reccomend this company to no one It need to be closed down
