Hair Undone

I made an appt with Hair Undone and went to Tampa the weekend prior to my appt to see the grandbabies. While in Tampa over 2,000 flights were cancelled including mine r/t Covid and pilot shortage. Called Hair Undone to cancel Monday and they were closed so left a message. Talked to them Tues (day of appt) and they told me I didn't contact them within 48 hours and had to pay a fine. I have been receiving these weekly bills via email for a year now.
Both me and my husband called to ask to be removed from their email list and they simply said no.....not their policy. Really? How on earth can they not understand this situation? Below is an image of the bills received. Do not sign the policy they will give you or better yet find another hair salon that treats customers like real people.
