Vann Dodge-Chry-Jeep

My wife and I recently purchased a 2007 Pontiac G6 hardtop convertible from Vann Dodge and our experience was excellent! Our salesman Mike was awesome. We never felt pressured at any time during the sale. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and I have walked out of many dealerships just on how I was approached. From start to finish they were very down to earth and real. It felt like I was buying a car from a big town dealer with that small town feeling. We had (what we thought) was an issue with the hard top retracting and they advised us that it wasn't an issue (that the hydraulic fluid was cold and needed to warm up before the top would work properly) and they assured us and put it in writing that if there is an issue later when it is warm out, they would fix the problem. We ran in to the Finance Manager in a local grocery store and he gave my wife a hug and shook my hand. It was like he has known us for years. That is unusual in today's market. I am definitely going to buy another car from them!

I purchased my Jeep elsewhere, but I have had it serviced here twice now. Once for a brake job and today for a factory recall. The folks have been friendly and service has been good.
