Service department is NOT recommended at all, if you care your money and time!

I brought my wife-s well-functioning car for complete break service (front& Rear) and paid enough. But the break got worse after they claimed to have serviced the breaks.

Next day, I called a service manager, Mike, who used f... word explicitly (what a unique customer service!), pretending I wasn't able to hear, and he said I could bring the car next Sunday when it was closed when I drove there! I felt like they were joking!

When I bought my new car at KT...

When I bought my new car at KTT, I also bought maintenance packages + Ins protection for about $1500 which provided lifetime oil change and state inspection. Bad service I ever had. I had an appointment at 8:00 am for oil change, state inspection plus 1 recall referred by the services guy. (estimated waiting 4 hours. I said Ok call me when you done). Around 2:00 PM got a call from the service guy my state inspection failed because my motor is shaking and it cost $700 + to fix it. I asked him why did you check my engineer for state inspection, i need second opinion and I refused the services. I came to pick my car up at 3:00PM, the service guy said my car ready in 15 minutes. I finally got my car back around 3:45PM.

It's unbelievable, almost 8 hrs for oil change and state inspection.

The worse thing of all, when I tried to complain to the manager. He put a jack a$$ smile on his face and said. they did me a favor because my services were free. I said, No. I paid for the services packages so I expected they treat me like all others customer.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AVOID IT AT ALL COST THESE GUYS HAVE MECHANICS

THAT ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS HOW MANY HOURS THEY CAN SCAM FROM CUSTOMERS I KNOW THIS FROM THE INSIDE ,JUST GO BACK AND RECHECK

WHAT HAS BEEN DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE IN THE PAST AND YOU WILL FIND OUT

THAT THEY RECOMMEND THE SAME THING TO YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN

MOST OF THE GUYS WORKING IN THERE ARE NOT TOYOTA CERTIFIED LIKE THEY WILL MAKE YOU BELIVE THEY ARE BE AWARE THESE GUYS LIKE TO RECOMMEND BRAKE JOBS ALOT EVEN IF THE LINNING ON THE PADS ARE STILL GOOD

THEY DO THIS CUZ THEY MADE GOOD HOURS AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS

OR YOU WILL BE TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS

This is really an unfortunate review,



When on hold to schedule my regular maintenance, what you listen too is how Koons Tysons Toyota guaranties customer satisfaction and how they will go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction.



I am sad to report that when I went in, I asked to have them look at my passenger rear tire, because it had a slow leak in it. I was quoted $ 27 dollar fee if it needed a plug in the tire. So I agreed to the charges, if indeed it needed it. I also requested to have my tires rotated and was again quoted a charge of $ 20. I agreed to all the charges.



I dropped my truck off on 3/15/08 at 2 PM, I received a call from my service representative at 4:15 PM explaining to me that yes they did find a screw in my tire and had to plug it. I only had 45 mins to get in to the dealer before they closed, from what my representative told me. When I picked my truck up, my representative explained to me that my tires where in need of replacement soon. I thanked him and proceeded to pay my bill.



Today is 3/18/08 when I started my vehicle this morning and started my way to work, I noticed the light indicator on my dash board indicating a tire or tires where low. I was very busy that day and could not stop to check my tires until I was done with my days work. As I was driving to my next appointment I decided to call my representative and asked if indeed they fixed my tire. The representative said with a confident voice that the tire was plugged, and said that maybe I could have picked of another screw or nail.



Since I didn't have time to stop and check it out all I could do at the moment was agree with what he was telling me.

But when my day was finished what I found was very shocking to me, because not only was my tire not plugged, my tires were not even rotated. I found the same tire in it's location that had lost air as it usually did every 2 to 3 days. I also noticed that the brakes dust was still very dirty on both front rims. I knew right away that I was deceived and felt betrayed, especially from a company that proudly announces that they are all about ensuring quality.



I then started to worry and think maybe they didn't even change the oil in my vehicle; I have yet to investigate that matter. I instantly I called the dealer and asked to speak with the Manager of the store, when she answered the phone I explain what had happened, she apologized about what had happened and wanted me to come in the very next day so the could resolve the problem.



I explained to her that is was the 2nd time that I had received unprofessional service from them, and that I could not come in, in the morning. That was the whole reason why I had my truck schedule on a Saturday. I asked her for my refund back and explained to her, that I would be taking my truck to a reliable shop, a shop that wouldn't charge me for some thing they didn't do.



Through my experience with this company I honestly can not recommend them to anyone as a reliable business.

Disappointing

I experienced a very bad service and horrible costumer service.They don't care about service they only care about money,money and more money for doing nothing.

I would not recommend this place at all to anybody.
