It's great but they haven't got a menu on their web site. How do you know what you want if you don't know what they have?

Great food, staff, atmosphere, prices and clean. I have enjoyed the Spaghetti with meat sauce and pepperonis since they opened.
Now that Vidor is no longer dry I can go there and have a cocktail with my meal. They usually have a special drink of the day so I try new things.
The staff & Anna (the manager) are so darn nice too.

I am a long-time service industry employee (server and bartender), and I am very picky about my dining experiences. Before I actually went into this store (I hadn't been to any of their locations yet) I had admittedly low expectations. I was quite wrong.
Atmosphere : Low-lit and comfortable. Dark palette provides soothing ambiance. Satellite radio and television, with multiple HD sets. Comfortable booths and multi-tiered flooring. Mirrored wall is placed perfectly to open up the store, making the it feel very roomy.
Food : I've only tried the chef salad, myself, but it's near-perfect. Healthy portions of meat and other ingredients. Every piece of vegetable was crisp and fresh--not one wilted or soggy piece yet after several visits. People who've eaten there with me also enjoyed their dishes. I'm told the amatriciana sauce is delicious, with a serious bacon component. I'll try some as soon as I get of this salad kick.
Service : Nice. Being a bit of a service Nazi, it's hard for me not to apply the excessively strict scrutiny to others that I do to my own service, even though in certain instances, such as this, such inspection doesn't properly fit. The servers (some are owners) are friendly and attentive. Haven't had to flag anyone down for anything yet. There's a certain quaint flair that is often associated with small Italian eateries serving delicious food, and even though the people that run this store aren't Italian, their European accents and stoic mannerisms convey a certain worldly flavor that works well with the theme. It's a very nice change from the half-a^^ed, lame dining experiences doled to us throughout the rest of this area.
In short, this is a restaurant that stands easily above all other restaurants in Vidor. I'm thrilled they're here (and right across the highway from my house) and hope they maintain a thriving business for many years to come. I'll certainly do my part to see that happen.
