Dog Gone Clean

I made an appointment for my large dog to be groomed. I explained that he is large and has very thick hair and that I needed him clipped short because he is old and cannot take the heat any longer (panting all the time unless clipped short) They quoted a price from $40.00 to $50.00 depending on the coat thickness and matting. When I got to the appointment, I was told they only do the bottom half of the dog!! They do not do the back. They do the hind end, legs and stomach. I wish they would have told me this before I took him here. As stated, he is old (13 years) and has a hard time getting into and out of the car. This was very stressful for him, especially when it was unnecessary.

Employees very knowledgeable and wonderful with animals and humans. Clean establishment, easy access to baths. Very happy with experience.
