The Water Heater Company

I have been having an issue with my water heater where the pilot light keeps going out and have had a plumber out multiple times to fix it and the issue keeps coming back. Since then, he has basically recommended that I replace the whole tank. That's when I went online and found The Water Heater Company. Figured I'd call them because, based on their name, it seems they specialize in water heaters.

When I called, Anthony answered the phone and was extremely informative. He assured me they would be able to figure it out and scheduled a visit to my home.

I received text message updates for the appointment confirmation and again letting me know when the technician was on his way. (He arrived on time!)

After spending a few minutes assessing everything, I was informed that my water heater was backdrafting and that's why the pilot kept going out. He made a few adjustments to the vent and resolved the issue right away.

While at my house, he evaluated several things to make sure my plumbing was in working order. I was made aware of a few recommendations regarding the age of the water heater and the water pressure in my home.

All said and done, I paid $49 for the visit and the water heater has been working great for a few days now. Without a doubt, this was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company and will be calling them when it's finally time to replace the tank.
