Part of doing business is contacts from venders. My delivery company needed some first aid kits and a fire extinguisher for vehicles and the shop. Rep called, I ordered, they sent, I am happy. The one hitch, paying for shipping. I recall rep saying it was free, so I sent a letter asking them to review it. Got a refund check this week for shipping. GM is trying to do right, if customers correspond politely. They may be "old school" with no website, but they seem to be a good source for my supply needs. I live in NC and they ship from CA. We all are trying to make a living.

This company is a joke! They'll send you stuff that you don't even order...and they'll try to make you pay for it!! Look elsewhere.

My husband bought tools from them. Tools were o.k., prices not too bad. They will not stop calling him. He has asked repeatedly to be taken off calling list. No luck. They have acquired his cell phone and now call him at work 5-6 times a week. They continue calling until you finally break down and agree to buy something.

We request a W9 federal taxpayer identification form to be faxed to 972-335-5570. In compliance with IRS regulations when a W9 is requested the business is required to comply. If the business does not comply taxes are to be deducted per IRS regulations. A form with instructions can be obtained at the IRS website.
