        Angeleno mortuary in Van Nuys was where we had the wake for my mom on 1/28/13 There was a mix up in the casket size needed for my mom where the manufacturer refused to take it back without charging us a 25% restocking fee and the shipping charges of $600 to return it. The owner ended up keeping the casket we purchased for my mom and having another shipped in one day before the wake at no additional cost. Over all it was an emotional and stressing event but they were very professional, and supportive during this ordeal. " I love you mom and miss you dearly "
