Creature Castle

I am sorry to say, But this use to be a great place for pets and supplies, now it is such a dump and should be condemned. I feel sorry for the animals there. I see they have a for sale sign ont he store. I will be happy to see it close

When you first walk into the store you can smell urine with hardly any produced on the shelves. After walking around and looking at the rats and mice. Each rodent's fur is dirty and spiked like they haven’t been kept clean. There is only sawdust and a water bottle in each thirteen cages for these animals. In each cage they are all huddled up on top of each other trying to find a safe place to be without the bright florescent store lights and the constant tapping on the cage from customers. Hardly any rodents move from this pile, the ones I did see, one had one of their eyes closed as if infected, or had this sickly stressed out look to them.

The place where they keep their puppies or dogs maybe even cats for sale, which there were none to be sold when I was in there. The cages were all metal and had big metal grates on the bottom of the cage for them to stand, lay on. These cages where behind glass but the whole thing looked dirty, there were smears all over the class on the inside. All their reptiles are skinny, some of the iguanas you can see the rib cages on them. Some reptile cages had water and some did not.

Bad customer service. The lady at the counter did not want to help me look for items in the store and told me to go to Petco if this store didn’t have what I needed.

This is a very awsome buisness ,the men and ladies that work there are very compassionet and kind!

This store used to be awesome, but lately it has gone downhill. I used to always buy my fish from here, but lately the quality and selection have gone way down. The tanks look like they haven't been cleaned in years. I feel like if I got fish from this store now, I wouldn't be purchasing them, I would be 'rescuing' them!

My boyfriend and I resently started a fish tank, in doing

so we needed fish and stuff.

We went into Creature Castle

and met the staff who all seem

friendly and very in the know of

their jobs; However one member of the staff (Candice) was "EXCEPTIONAL" and is "FANTASTIC" "GREAT EMPLOYEE"!

She knew all the answer to our questions and she even knew the questions to ask us in order to best help us to a great start with our new fish tank....

We'll be back for more fish and supplies...
