General Info

I am an experienced independent personal trainer with 8 years of personal training experience. I am also a U.S Air Force veteran. My current certifications include ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and ISSA Specialist in Sports Nutrition. As a kid I was always into various sports. Although I stopped playing most of the sports I once played when I was younger, my passion for weight training remained. I began bodybuilding at 19 when a pro bodybuilder told me I had potential and I should give it a try. Soon after, I competed in my first competition which was in June of 2008. To this date I have competed in five competitions winning one and placing in the top five in each.My current goals include becoming a pro bodybuilder within the next four years and sharing my passion and knowledge for health and fitness with those who are interested.
