        Dr. Robert Wade, MS, DDS is a Board Certified expert in pediatric dentistry and psychology, and one of Iowa’s innovative pioneers in laser dentistry. With over ten years pre-dentistry experience as a child and family counselor Dr. Wade has profound specialization in the treatment of anxiety, behavior and emotional challenges among infants, children and adolescents. Thus he aims to provide specialized comprehensive pediatric dental care in a fun, stress-free environment that focuses on prevention and education. Dr. Wade is a distinguished graduate and Dental Research Scholar (pain and anxiety control) of the University of Iowa's College of Dentistry, as well as specialty in pediatric dentistry from Children's Mercy Hospital and the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Prior to dentistry is a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and pre-medicine, and Master of Science Degree in Child and Family Counseling from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He is currently a faculty member of the Lakeview Surgery Center, where he offers laser dentistry training

        A+ experience for the whole family

        Dr. Wade and his assistant were very friendly and personable. They took great care of my almost 4 yr old daughter and made her feel very comfortable. They were speedy. They were kind. As the parent they made me very comfortable with the procedure and set great expectations and exceeded them!

        This dental clinic is like no other I've been to before. Great with kids, informative and very professional but the best part is that you can be with your kids through the entire procedure. I would not even consider taking my child to a dental office if I cannot be present with her.

        Very friendly & helpful staff, as always!

        My son needed his tooth pulled and they were very good about explaining what they were doing before they did it. He was busy watching a movie and wasn't concerned or anxious about the procedure, which is a good thing!
