Broadway Tool Rental HSD & BCP

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Im a christian man and have rented here several times. Rented Skid steer for weeks at a time to clean the barn also wood splitters multiple time flower bed edger was the last time ill ever visit this place. Pick up edger told me if it was excessively muddy to please wash off i said yes sir. Only rented for 4 hrs took it was 1.5hrs early. When i arrived back before it was even unstrapped from trailer he says "I thought i said to wash it OFF" i said "yes sir you did bud its barely a little dried mud" You told me if is excessive". I said "Ill take it to car wash no problem sir" He grab the handles and said "NO ill just spend and hour of my time cleaning it". I said "really ill go wash it". Would take no for an answer a buddy that was with me said to ME "i would never rent from here again if i was you". Then the OWNER mind you the guy says "What did you say BIG MOUTH you Dumb AXX" I was totally taking back by it. So we left. Big Joke. But i will continue praying for him

Always rent from here. The people are fantastic to work with, very helpful and prices reasonable.

My grandfather rents trailers and tools from here all the time and we have rented 3 trailers within the past 2 month's and the first 2 time were fine but the 3rd time we had a flat tire. We called the place and the guy there accused us of not knowing how to put air in the tire and didn't want to give us a spare tire to replace the one that went flat. After arguing with the guy and the choice words were said he finally gave us a spare tire and I went and picked it up and we returned the trailer the next day and he now is making us pay for the tire! He told me that he never checks the tires and doesn't know the size of them or the lugs that were on them so he gave me a few different sockets and a 4-way ti get the lugs off with but he told my grandpa on the phone that he checks the tires every morning and they are all fine. We had this trailer the first time we rented one and we told the guy the tire was flat and he is now saying we didn't. In all do not rent from these people because they are liars and Will rip you off.

I have rented many tools from Broadway , I have always had great service. Many of my co workers also rent from Broadway and they as I continue to do business with them . People who have a hard time with this business in my opinion must be very hard to please.

Never rent from these guys, they will accuse you of breaking product and will get very rude with you,. Cowboys with no dignity...
