Vida Artistry

Vida Artistry is awesome!! I always have such an amazing experience every time I go there. I feel beyond comfortable when I'm there... Vanessa and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I can communicate anything I want to do with my hair and she will make sure to do it. My hair always looks great and I never leave unhappy!

This was my first time at vida. I showed Vanessa a picture of what I wanted and she went above and beyond to makesure my hair came out exactly how I wanted it. Vanessa is a perfectionist and my hair was absoluetly perfect. The staffwas very friendly and made great conversation. I could not be happier with the extrodinary service I got from vida. I will never go anywhere else this is mynew go to spot! ThanksVanessa!

Best salon around...PERIOD. The last review couldn't be more wrong! Im a 28 year old male and get my hair cut by Vanessa every two weeks. She is the best stylist I've ever been too. Infact...I followed her from the salon she worked at before opening her own shop. It's a friendly, fun atmosphere that makes you feel welcome the second you step foot in the salon. The girls that wash your hair or ring you up are always friendly and talkative. Everything in the shop is sleek and modern looking. I would NEVER get my haircut anywhere else thanks to Vanessa and everyone else at Vida.

The customer service is nonexistent in this place!!! First I should around waiting for someone to greet me while the staff was in the middle of salon talking amongst themselves. A couple of them made eye contact with me but just kept talking with each other. The waiting area was disgusting! There was hair all over the table, flies flying all over the place. The salon had an awful smell too. Then when the girl at the desk finally came over she was a snob, when i asked her about pricing she rolled her eyes! I've never been here before and all I wanted was a simple trim. So i thought! The stylist said maybe a few things to me but it was so quiet while she cut my hair. She talked to everyone else though. This place is definitely all about gossip! My hair ended up uneven!! When I asked the girl to fix it she was nasty and rude about it. I'm sorry but if I'm paying all this money it better come out right! I would never never go back there again
