Cummings Collision

Cummings Collision went well out of their way to assist me after being in a car accident. Not only did they come pick up my car for me, they stayed in contact about the status of my vehicle and handled the negotiation with my insurance company to help alleviate some of my stress. Cummings Collision went above and beyond for me, and I'm just a regular ole person. It's rare to find customer service like this anymore, so THANK YOU to Cummings Collision.

Never had my vehicle picked up & delivered from a repair shop! This was the most pleasant experience a wreck could possibly be. The staff was extremely professional & the quality of work was second to none. Now I know why their slogan is "World class experience, Small town attitude"

Was the truck owned by the business? If so, was it being driven by the owner or an employee? If none of these it might behoove you to track down the driver of the truck and very strongly suggest he remove your company's info from his truck. If it was being driven by the owner the company deserves to go out of business. No one with half a brain would behave this way when driving a mobile advertisement for his company. If it was being driven by an employee that employee should probably be updated to an ex-employee. He's a threat to your financial security.

It's a sad truth that people this stupid exist. Not the Collision employee, but rather the morons that have so little going on in their lives that they live on social media and try to destroy a business because of a parking violation by an employee. Yellow pages is a medium to review service you received you idiots. I've been to this shop and they were very nice and punctual with the service I requested. They don't gouge people. They are a good business. The following ignorant cowards need to stop hiding behind the keys of a message board, taking selfies and living in social media like little girls:

I am disgusted with the amount of rude comments and negative publicity everyone on Facebook and every other social media site is giving this company. Just because an employee does something wrong you are gonna destroy them all over social media. Let me guess, none of you have ever made a bad decision or done something wrong?!? I personally have used this company in the past and they are the sweetest couple. They did a great job on my vehicle and even delivered it to me. I've known the family of the owners for years. They are hard working productive Americans and do not deserve all of this. All of u who just read a post and judge people should be ashamed! They both have handicapped parents and grandparents and respect those others who are also handicapped!! I myself believe you should not judge a family because of one persons mistakes! I'm sure we all make mistakes and these are good people. Have a heart and take all the nastiness about them off your social media or go meet these people in person and that will change ur view of them I promise!!

Sooo you think your trucks can use handicapped spaces... guess what...pictures headed to police, and all over facebook, go out of business already!

Glad you feel it is ok to park in a handicapped spot, I have a good friend who is paralyzed from his waist down and cannot walk, I hope you're never in his chair.
