        I have lived and traveled all over the world. To date, Don Juan has the best enchiladas I have ever eaten. Whether you get the enchiladas rojos, verdes, or emoladas, you can't go wrong. I also recommend the quesadilla cincronisada. The cooking is similar to the food found in the state of Puebla in Mexico. The rice which comes as a side with most of the dishes is the freshest, best tasting, Spanish style rice around. Don Juan gets an enthusiastic thumbs up!
