        I have had a relative in the Memory Care Unit for 4 months. I am so dissapointed with the staff and administration. I had a serious complaint that I shared with the administration about. This women shared it with everyone. I had some backlash from one of the aides in the Memory Care Unit. The aide said word for word what I had said to the administration. She said it real loud when I was near by to make sure that I heard it. I have gone to the to talk to the social worker, head of nursing, and everyone in between but I don't trust any of them. I have a right and obligation to my family member and everyone's family members and patients to say what I see and report it. I have given them every opportunity to make things right but they really don't care. My next step is to report these situations that could harm the patients to the state. I'm done with this. Our family member is in the end stages of life. I don't want this to be that last place on they will be. Skip this facility.
