Regis Salons

This was the worst salon experiance I've ever had. The entire staff was completely unproffessional and out right rude; from the time I made the appointment to the moment I walked out of the salon. The stylist I had was abnoxious and completely inappropriate with her topics of conversation. The manager yelled at the stylists right in front of the customers making an awkward position for all. The stylist who colored and cut my hair not only didn't listen to what I wanted, she also didn't get even near the scalp in some areas with my highlights. I came in asking for red with highlights and to cut off my damaged ends as I wanted to let my hair grow. She gave me brunnette with highlights and cut off about two inches! When she was finished she thanked me for letting her do what she wanted with my hair despite the fact that she never asked to do what she liked and I told her exactly what I wanted. Hands down this specific Regis Salon is the worst I've experienced and ridiculously overpriced. I trusted Regis because of past experiences outside of twin falls, but I guess it doesn't carry over. Bottom line do not go to this salon it's a complete waste of time and money with a very uncomfortable tense atmosphere.
