The turnover rate for nurses is unbelievable. Before I worked here, I worked in intensive care, and I will tell you, in good faith, the stress of working for these doctors was a nightmare for me. But what I could not believe, is how unkind most of the doctors are with their patients.

If you need urological help, please go elsewhere!

This awesome Doctor (Sean Doyle), at my request, performed surgery & stitch-up in the emergemcy room of St John Hospital Tulsa, after being told by my local hospital that this was too much for them, or any ER, & then sent away. My request for ER attention rather than an Operating Room, was due to insurance & current financial restraints. He saved me about $10 grand out of pocket, & made amputation an unnecessary option. Way to go Doctor Doyle!

Dr McGeady and staff are awesome. Great/attentive care. He explained everything in detail. Outstanding surgical skills. I’d never go to anyone else.

Excellent group of physicians. Wouldn't go anywhere else for Urology care. I'm able to receive follow up care from my doctor in Fort Smith which saves me a lot of travel time.

Just returned from the Cleveland Clinic (#1 in US for urology) because of all the screw ups at Urolog Spec. The doctors in Cleveland looked at us like we had 3 heads after we explained everything my son had been through in Tulsa. All anyone cares about at Urol Spec is lining their pockets with money. Stay away from this place. They have no idea what they are doing. My son had a procedure in Cleveland to undo some of the damage caused by Drs here. The office staff is a nightmare. Hop on a plane and go to Cleveland where they know what they are doing.

I would rate them in the negatives. At the Cleveland Clinic know with my son due to the ignorance of these doctors. Had a procedure here yesterday to undue some of the damage caused by these so called Drs. As my son talks to the urologist here and explains our experiences in Tulsa, they are dumbfounded. Thank God for this place. Stay away from Urologic Specialists if you want good care!

I had anual cystoscopies for 10 years and never had a problem.
I had last one in February by inexperienced Dr. and on arriving home I started bleeding profusely and it continued for half an hour and got a trip to SJMC. I was told by the Doctors nurse that this was very common. I will not be having another procedure done here.

Quick to get you in and out. They are not interested in what patient wants. When asked for procedure to lessen pain, I was told Dr. prefers to do it this way. Nurse says my husband had 2 biopsies and he didn't complain about pain. Had biopsy with another facility and it was the most painful procedure I have ever had. Swore I would never have another one, but when it comes to prostate cancer detection you don't have much choice. I was told they have the equipment to lessen the amount of pain

messed up! surgery was scheduled at 10:00 am did not start until 1:00. Cannot reach dr's office to make followup appointments - have to hold forever. Insurance dept screwed up and did not tell me they did not take my insurance! Never go there

4 days after surgery I was out of pain pills only 15 to start with....well I did pretty much have my testical cut in half. Called up and asked if the doctor could write me a prescription for just a few more pills. I was told that he would not be in for four days and that I should go to the minor emergency center. Boy they didn't miss a beat on taking my money. So much for a bed side manior and compassion.

I absolutely could not be happier with this urologic specialists. They really seem to have their stuff together. They did not drag out my appointments, were more than friendly and informative. They worked very well with my insurance company and saved me lots of money being in the network, I’m talking like thousands of dollars saved. I showed up they said this is what is going on and this is what we can do about it. I had surgery 3 days later and recovered nicely. Next surgery was about 6 weeks later to take care of the other kidney and it was pretty much pain free. Now both kidneys are free of kidney stones and without any problems I will not have to come back to see Doctor Gancarczyk for another year. I would not judge this place off the two previous negative reviews as this building has 20 different doctors and I would hate for one of them to ruin it for other great doctors like Dr. Gancarczyk.

It was the worst Urology place on the planet. I am not the only complaint when you start checking around. The service was terrible, doctor was robotic and was quick to rush you out, felt like just another number. Then you just fall thru the cracks, they don't return phone calls, they do not respond to anyone. My doctor tried getting them and also my insurance and they met the same as me, dead silence. Your health is a big deal, these guys act new to the scene. I wouldn't trust them either, especially involving things like surgery. I'd recommend going elsewhere for help.
