Pediatric Eye Associates & Family Eye Care

I had my appointment Set at 4:30 p.m. and went to the location listed in the website. They were not there, they had moved (would have been nice to know). I called them multiple times and left voicemails, no one answered. I drove all around tulsa trying to find the building. Ended up at 2 different eye doctors sending me to different places. So when I called to explain the situation they told me if I no showed again they would not be able to see my daughter. I told them that would not happen if I had the correct address and directions to their building. They should have let me know they moved. I'm not happy with them. Or maybe if they answered the phone, they could have told me the right location. I am very unsatisfied.

I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else! The staff is wonderful and we the doctors!!!

Dr. Denslow is the BEST, friendly staff, wonderful selection at their optical.

Can't imagine taking my kids anywhere but to see Dr. Denslow. Great staff, great doctor, great experience every time.

Dr. Denslow is tops. That's where it ends. Really, the only word that keeps coming to mind is incompetent....The D.O., this is in reference to, knows who she is....

I took my son to Dr S when he was only 8 months bc of an eye muscle disorder he was basically a little cross eyed baby we tried everything he explained things to me called to check on us and then when it was time to address having surgery he walked me through everything and knew I was a scared momma he said he'd think less of me if I wasn't so worried he came to see us the morning before the surgery and as soon as it was over checked on my son twice. It was scary and he looked crazy for a few days but now 7yrs later he has perfect vision and strength in his eyes im so thankful not only for the skill he has but his heart he always remembers my son and makes every appointment fun and interesting my son asks him so many questions and goes right along with him answers every one and makes my son excited to go see his favorite Dr even though he's 7 and only goes once a year for a check up he remembers Dr S is definitely part of the family great man extremely gifted Dr he made a huge difference in our lives I'd recommend him to anyone.

It seemed really nice and a great place to take a child. But it ends there. Three weeks before my daughters eye exam I called with my eye coverage information and gave them a phone number to verify. They told me they would and that they would call me if it was not covered. Never heard a thing, so brought my daughter to her appointment and paid the copay. At the very end of the appointment, they said it did not cover and they "guess I am self pay." The manager then recited to me only 4 vision plans they use. So.. shouldnt it have been easy to tell me from the get-go that we were not covered? Why would I take my daughter to a self pay appointment when she has insurance? It was their mistake by not informing me she was not covered and just allowing me to go through the appointment, even paying a copay, as if she was fine. They were very rude and would not do anything to help me. I would strongly not recommend going there, especially if you need to ask if your insurance is covered. They will just blame you and send you a bill, which I have no intentions of paying.

Gary Denslow treated my daughter for years--including 3 surgeries. He was WONDERfUL! Wait time was usually short, friendly staff, VERY knowledgeable medical personnel.

My child was referred to Dr. Sadeghi because of an eye infection that was being unattended by his reg pediatrician at the time. From the first day we walked in, Dr. Sadeghi knew exactly was wrong and took precise steps to correct it... He is a great and experienced doctor and I will forever be thankful to him for his wonderful knowledge!!
