They do an exceptional job and the staff is amazing.... I am a previous customer at the other nail place in Tulsa Hills and I'm so glad I switched!

I'm sitting the the pedicure chair right now. I have had a wonderful experience. My girls and I have no complaints. Ignore poor reviews.

Pedicure - water was so scolding hot I thought I got third degree burns.

Manicure - I was up charged $5 because my nails were short.

Brazilian wax - lady shaved me so short before wax that she couldn't even pull any hairs off and just ripped skin off. Looked horrible. Patches everywhere, different lengths, and she gooped me up with that thick yellow neosporin. Two different ladies came in the room. The second one, the owner, left the door open and several times people walked in and when I said something she just said we were all women and had the same stuff. Then when I told her it looked horrible she said the first lady shaved me and messed it up.

Cleanliness - zero stars. Should've known better after seeing them use the same pedicure tools on me and the next lady. No clean towels. Hair on razor before she tried to use it on me. She waxed me, didn't use gloves, then left without washing her hands. They have a sign in the window stating they use new pumice and hot stones on every customer but the one she used on me has clearly been used before and on the next lady.

I used to love coming here, and I'm sure there are still good nail technicians. However, I went today and had the worst pedicure of my life. I have never reviewed a service online, but this was bad enough to share. The woman, who was wearing Adidas sweatpants and flip flops, spent all of 10 seconds scrubbing my feet. I thought I could look past that since I was short on time anyway. I did have to ask her several times to paint my entire nails instead of leaving a bare strip down one side. In addition, I was in a hurry to pick up my infant and did not notice how poorly painted my nails were until I got out to my car. I didn't have time to go back in to have them redone, so I called to let the manager know how bad it was and request a redo, and was hung up on. Only a few months ago I was recommending this place to friends, and now I'm doing the opposite!

This was my first time going to this place and I must say it left much to be desired. First of all, my pedicure tech ran me a tub of freezing cold water so she obviously didn't know how to work the equipment. She had to redo my water 3 times to get it decently warm. Second, she was attempting to trim my cuticle and stabbed me with a sharp point on my left big toe so it started bleeding. Third, instead of her apologizing she told me thats what happens when I move. I explained I didn't move until you stabbed me with the instrument. There was a man giving me a manicure and he said be patient and give her another chance its been a long day. I asked for another pedicure person and I didn't get it. My toe is still bleeding so there isn't much else she can do until it stops. The man doing my manicure was much more gentle than she was. Then I go to explain my design and the man has to interpret what I meant. The lady still got it wrong so he ended up having to do it. On top of all this, I am 32 weeks pregnant so I came to get relaxed and pampered but instead got a poor pedicure technician, no attempt to give me a discount for a horrible experience, and nails/toes that looked like I did them at home. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
