Perigo Jerry

In the on-going ordeal with my ex and custody case, Jerry has proven to not only be biased but far from impartial. In the latest report he sent to our judge, he falsified information I can directly provide from an e-mail I sent in regards to my child's routine. He also safeguards my ex's behaviors and interfering control issues that have arisen in regards to my current husband, with no mention of the comments or complaints the ex has despite false allegations being filed against my husband.

You'd think with the severity of these allegations, which were proven unsubstantiated, all of these complaints would warrant documentation. Apparently not, especially since I've brought it to Jerry's attention that I believe my ex is harassing my husband and has been interfering in my relationship since he found out I was dating.

Please, if you have any sense, do not employ Jerry Perigo. He has no intention of doing you justice or protecting either you or your family.

My husband & his ex have used him for 5 yrs. Throughout this time he has said & done some questionable things. Final straw: The child they have was in the lake with her husband in water over her head & can't swim, he has a medical condition where she won't leave their baby alone with him. Yet he can take their child out in the lake. Perigo said that what happens there is not business, it wasn't his time with the child. He has a complex. He feels the need to assert his authority and thinks he's a judge. This one was to much. I will be contacting CPS in Tulsa as well as a detective, and the Oklahoma Bar Association. This isn't an issue of a bunch of PO'ed parents that are not getting their ways. This guy is irrational, irresponsible, and IMO, dangerous. He didn't address this child's safety AT ALL! To get into this line of work you must care about people, something he lacks. If I can't get a resolution with those I contact today, a call will be made to Channel 2 news!

Everything negative said about Jerry is true. And there's a lot unsaid that is not becoming of a professional person that Jerry practices. My life was completely turned upside down 4 years ago by Jerry. My attorney was very new and didn't know his reputation. Since then she has definitely realized her mistake in choosing him. But it's too late. Sadly there is nothing I can do about my situation but PLEASE don't use him for any reason. Not PC not mediation and decently not arbitration. You will be sorry. This man is hated by a lot of people, hence his office was burned down a few years back. There are way more fair and professional attorneys out there!!
