Identity Salon

After using the same stylist for a couple years I became unhappy with my former stylist.
A friend of mine who is a sales rep for a major salon brand line of products referred me to Michelle Lowry. Michelle is my stylist, beautician or hair person whatever term is correct. She highlights and cuts my hair. I believe the salon caters to all demographics, but Michelle can do multiple styles. I, personally, am a professional, so I need a more traditional cut and color; however, she's adds some pops of color (at my request) that looks fantastic, she gets to know her clients as a person and can read my mind when it comes to what I'm looking for; she is also very professional too, not nosy.
I changed from a different salon on Peoria to Identity and will continue to use Michelle. She's prompt, honest and level headed. I'm so glad my friend referred me to her!!! If you want an excellent stylist with "one on one" attention without spending all day in a salon, go see Michelle at Identity Salon! She's affordable (for a high end waking), efficient and trust worthy.
If you're at a point where you are ready to make a change from your current provider, but aren't sure who to trust, then you're just like I was; I hope you trust me to help you in your choice. This is the 6th review I've written in my (at least positive review), so I don't take reviews lightly. Enjoy and go see Michelle!

Iidentity Salon is a wonderful salon! It's full of excitement and cheer and is conveniently located on Brookside. Kelsi is an amazing stylist and I look forward to my next visit. :)

Everytime I come in to Identity everyone is so nice. All the girls treat you as if you are family. Kelsi is my stylist , she always makes me feel so comfortable and I always look and feel great when I leave. I would recommend this salon to anyone that wants great service and stylists that really know how to CUT hair.

I'm a stay-at-home mom and every time I get the chance to go get my hair done and feel like I did back in B.C. (before children), I go here and meet up with Kelsi!! The staff is always smiling because they obviously LOVE working here! Yes, it might be a little busy or loud--but if you ask me that's how I want it!!! I've been to salons where everyone is sitting around (not working) and gossiping about other people! That's not my cup of tea! This place however, has lots of class! And what a fantastic location...love Brookside!

When I first walked in to the salon the reception staff greeted me with a warm reception. I, as a stay at home mother had to bring my infant daughter with me. The staff was amazing at entertaining my daughter as well while I was getting my hair cut and colored. Now the amazing stylist "KELSI" knew exactly what I wanted by just the few details I gave her in my consult. She is very bubbly, kind, and a "FANTASTIC" hip stylist. I've been to many salons, and I must say I'll never look for another one or another stylist. Book your appointment with "KELSI". Thank you "KELSI" & IDENTITY SALON.

The hair cuts are good here but the staff seem rushed and not relaxed. The facility space is kind of tight and it seems a little noisy.
