She was horribly unprofessional! She made up a 15 dollar charge and called it a consultation. She didn't touch my hair once or ask to see it out of my bun. Instead she sat on her tablet,and took two minutes to tell me verbally what she was going to do. When i showed up (on time) for my appointment she keeped me waiting an hour past my appointment time. Talking to her client and not actually doing her hair! When she finally opened her slider door she said she would be back and had me waiting another 15 minutes! I left and felt cheated out of 15 bucks!!!!! She's a con artists with nothing better to do!!!!!Beware!!!!!!

I LOVE DOWN TO EARTH SALON!!!! THE OWNER IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I APPRECIATE HER HONESTY. LOTS OF STYLISTS LIKE TO TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR INSTEAD OF TELLING YOU WHATS GOOD FOR YOUR HAIR/LOCS. THE OWNER JAMELLIA IS TRUE TO HER PROFESSION AND IS A SKILLED LOCTICIAN! IM SO EXCITED ABOUT MY LOC JOURNEY NOW. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD BEEN LET DOWN BY WYE NOTT FACTORY. THE OWNER AT THAT SALON BACKCOMBED AND KNOTTED MY HAIR :( WHEN I LEFT MY HAIR LOOKED HORRID. IT SOOOOO WAS EMBARRASSING!
