Worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop and maybe the worst customer experience I've ever had. Mark-up on u joints was 2.5 to 3 times what I can buy one for. Incompetent, expensive, and don't care!

I have only driven my car from the shop to my house but so far so good! I'm very happy with my experience! My car took longer than expected but they eagerly drove me to work and even offered to pick me up. Job well done! They were excellent on the phone as well. Thanks again!!!

I have already recommended Cartec to several people. I trust them and they are very down to earth and professional.

I would tell them that I trust them and they seem to be honest and if you are not satisfied they will try to work with you to make things right make corrections if needed. I have nothing to complain about as far as their workmanship, I would have to disagree with the shuttle convenience, because it's not convenient when they use my car to take me to my work and then I have to drive them back after they come and get me when my car is done, and sometimes I've had to find someone at my work to take me there because they have no one to come and get me, so that is my one complaint or pet peeve, not mad just speaking my peace thats all. Otherwise I'm happy with their work.

My 2001 Blazer overheated on the Broken Arrow Expressway and Cartec was right at the exit. I didn't know what to expect but Jeff and the guys were extremely professional and explained the problem and the fix in detail. They also provided me with a ride home and picked me up when the repairs were complete. I would recommend Cartec to my friends.
