Excellent service, good quality flowers, and reasonable prices. The staff members are sweet, creative and truly enjoy their work. I highly recommend Brookside Blooms!

I use this place several times a year. Never tell them what to make, I just explain the situation (birthday, baby, sympathy, etc.) and let them do their thing. And boy do they, always perfect.

I LOVE Brookside Blooms! They did the flowers for two of my children's weddings and we were SO pleased. The planning process was thorough and they were very attentive to every detail of what we wanted. The flowers in the arrangements, bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres were gorgeous and beautifully arranged. I love the way BB uses unusual flowers and filler which make the arrangements very special. Our weddings were perfectly beautiful because of the flowers! I have used BB at other times and love the vases they use--they are not the plain, typical ones used at other flower shops. I will use Brookside Blooms at every opportunity.

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my wife. Previously, I have regularly used another florist but they were booked up this year for Valentine Day...I waited too late to order! So I figured that I would give Brookside Blooms a chance.



I just had my wife send me some pictures of what was delivered to her today. I must say that I am really disappointed in what she received versus the price I paid. Compared to the previous Valentines Day deliveries from my other florist, this delivery was very plain-looking .



Next year, I will need to book earlier with my regular florist as I am not using this place again. The lady on the phone was very nice and the arrangement was fresh. But for the same price, my other florist would have created a significantly better arrangement of flowers with a nicer-looking vase.

A true measure of a good organization is how they right a wrong. Brookside Blooms went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied after hearing my daughter received a less than satisfactory bouquet (which is extremely uncharacteristic for their shop). They can count me as a continued and happy customer.

So I sent flowers to my friend who needed a pick me up. I ended up sending a work of art! So much detail, extra unusual flowers that I have only seen in magazines. No cheap, crappy flowers, or ugly vase that I have seen hundreds of times. Use this shop. You will be so happy you did, like me.

My mother reciently passed away. Our family was devastated, and needed a lot of help with choosing the flowers for her funeral. Chris at Brookside Blooms was wonderful. She let us talk about our mother, tell her what she liked and helped us choose the perfect flowers. Her casket spray was just what we had in our minds, but couldn't express. Please use this flower shop, you will be happy you did.

I use this shop to send arrangements to family and friends for things like birthdays and anniversaries. I love their work, they are the friendliest shop I have ever worked with. They understand that I don't know anything about flowers but they will take the time to help me find what I am looking for. Just the other day they went out of their way to take a last minute delivery for me.

I used Brookside Blooms for our wedding this summer. I found them online, their website is the only one that shows their own work. I went to their shop with no idea of what I wanted. They had a beautiful book of ideas that helped me find what I didn't know I was looking for. The day of the wedding everything was perfect, in fact they were the only vendor that was on time. The flowers weren't inexpensive, but I knew I would get exactly what I wanted, and did.

The flowers I sent to my wife for our anniversary were exceptional. She loved them.

I visit the starbucks on Peoria every morning and there are always nice flowers sitting on the counter. Recently I needed to send flowers to a friend of mine for her birthday and I went to the shop responsible for those flowers at Starbucks...Brookside Blooms. I was so pleased with my arrangement and the woman I spoke to on the phone was so kind and very helpful, she answered all my questions and seemed happy to do so. I will be back.

I called this shop because of their website. They had such nice pictures of their work, it wasn't a bunch of stock photos. The salesperson was so helpful, she had a lot of good ideas. My sister was very impressed with the fresh arrangement I sent her when my niece was born. It didn't look like any of the other arrangements she recieved, much better quality. I highly reccomend them.

I sent flowers to my mother for her birthday, she was so pleased! I saw them in person 5 days later and they looked so fresh! I will use them again!
