        Mark and his team were fantastic! So easy to communicate with! When we had wind and hail damage to our roof from an early summer storm, they were good to provide us with a great solution! I was nervous about how all of this was going to go, but it wasn't very long before I was set at ease and confident with the work they provided. Now I have the best looking roof on my block!! Thanks, Arrowhead!!

        I just got off of the phone with the owner...I have had three days in a row where they said they would be buy...on the third day I am genuinely frustrated because still no one has shown. I called in again and talked to some call agency and told them what my problem was. I was nice and professional and told them I am running out of patience and if this is the way they are going to be then I would contact the BBB. Soon after the owner called me and instead of trying to redeem himself and the company he told me that because I mentioned the BBB he would not do business with me. I said really and started laughing...that just guaranteed a call to the BBB.
