918 Wrecker Service

Called for a tow. And was told within 30 minutes. They arrived in about 15 minutes. Did a great job and driver was very courteous. Will use them in the future if needed. Will refer to anyone I know that might need there services.

This is the worst tow company I have ever dealt with. They said they would be out to pick up the vehicle. The driver called and couldn't follow directions. I was telling him how to get here he was talking to someone at the store. He received another call put me on hold for 6 minutes 31 seconds. He then hung up on me. I called the office back and the lady was rude and said I told the driver I wasn't with the car and didn't have the keys. Yes I had the keys and was with the car waiting patiently on these very rude unprofessional people. Finally she told me they didn't want to come after the vehicle. I'm a 100% disabled American veteran and was treated badly by this company for no reason. DO NOT use these people they are. Very wreckless, untrustworthy, and unreliable. Worst experience I've had in a long time

My husband and I were very much so pleased with the prompt response that we received with this company. A gentleman by the name of Tony came out and was able to remove a flat tire that we couldn't remove ourselves. Again, we truly appreciated his promptness and professionalism. Truly an asset to the company. We agreed to refer others we know with tire/towing needs.

I have a new car and they were very courteous and professional with handling it. Put my mind at ease. Very prompt.

Seriously thank you 918! We've used them twice and each time they have gone above and beyond! The drivers are so friendly and make sure your comfortable. I've had bad experiences with other wrecker services in the past and 918 are the only ones I trust

My car was parked legally at my apartment complex that I live at. Someone removed the current year sticker from my car at some point and I didnt notice. I received a tow notice given 24 hours to get the car move (or the problem fixed). This company then proceeded to tow my car several hours before the notice was due.

Its just straight up extortion here folks! They so far tried to blame it on the apartment complex, then, when on speaker phone with the apartment manager, admitted fault and said they were not going to do anything about it.

It does not seem likely they are going to make this right, but if they do, Ill remove this rating.

DO NOT USE THIS TOW SERVICE! They ruined my tire putting a HUGE gash in it and refused to fix it! The manager told me I could not prove it and would not give me the name of her boss to speak with.

This tow company was fast and very kind. I had called four other towing companies and all were either closed or didn't not answer the phone. 918 sent a truck over immediately even though I had broken down out of their range for towing. The driver was extremely nice and even attempted to fix the problem with the Jeep before loading it on the truck. Professional. Available. Great price. 10/10 will recommend!

This is the shadiest company of its kind. Beware!!!! Not only did they illegally tow my car, they did not report it to the database as required by law. Why? Cause when the consumer does not meet the criteria they keep your vehicle. Fortunately, I'm filing reports with the police and the BBB. For those who live in apartments, beware because they scout parking lots. Add their sticker and take what they want.

I drive a 1968 Ford mustang left to me by my grandpa I am very protective over this car so I'm not going to just let any fly by night half assed company tow my baby I will admit I did not call 918 first even though I should have it was 2 in morning when I was trying to get my vehicle towed a lot of the company's I called told me I would to call back in the morning to get my veh towed that just didn't work for me I was not about to just leave my vehicle in a parking lot for anything to happen to it so I called one more company in hopes that they would be able to help me thank god I made that call a very cheerful young lady answered my prayers when she said they could tow it now I asked a few questions which the woman was happy to answer about 30 minutes later a very nice flatbed showed up to rescue me and my car the driver was very pleasent and got my car loaded quickly with no problems I would just like to say thanks a million to 918 wrecker for offering 24/7 service and taking great care or me and my classic car

This company is great i had the misfortune to have a blow out on the highway in my grandsons car and he did not have a jack or a 4 way for me to be able to change the tire myself i called 918 wrecker and the dispatcher i spoke to was very polite and answered all my questions and got a truck out to me very quickly once the driver arrived i was even more impressed with this company the driver bobby was great he let me sit in his warm dry truck while he quickly got my tire changed in the pouring down rain he made sure i was fully taken care of and needed nothing else before he got back into his truck to leave i will be calling this company again that's for sure they are wonderful

I love how quick and kind this tow company is and they didn't even scratch my baby. And if I ever need a tow again these are the guys I'm calling.. YOU ROCK 918!!! oh and thanks for the cold water and the quick tow love you guys...

I wish I could put zero stars that's now rude these people are. If you see there car stay away from it because If you go to slow for them or do something they don't like they will try and run you off the road or smoke you out. By far the worst company in Tulsa.

918 wrecker service is a absolutely wonderful service I've called them multiple times to take care of all my towing and roadside service needs and I will continue to use them every time I have a issue with my car they have always been fair on there prices and gotten to me quickly thanks a million guys
