WORST HOSPITAL OM THE PLANET

My daughter who has special needs fell and broke her hip so we came to the ER at At Mary's. I walked I'm ask for help getting her out of my truck and got eyes rolled at me but finally they came out to help. We were left in the ER for 3 hours on a bed in the hallway before anyone came to help and the only reason they did was because my daughter started crying very loud. They took us to a room left us there for about a half hour then finally took her for x-rays. They found her right hip was broken and decided to air her. Well another nightmare came the next day the scheduled her surgery for 2 In the afternoon and said they would be there to get at 1 when 1 came and went we ask a nurse and she said "I don't know" we ask her again and she said I'll go check she came back and said oh it got moved to sometime after 5 well when 4 came and went we again questioned and a nurse came to our room and told us no surgery today now at this point we had still not seen the surgeon but finally he came made an excuse left the room after he slapped me on the shoulder leaving me bewildered. Now I don't know about most people but anyone who has had a broken bone can tell you it is very painful they have her filled with so much morphine that all she does is sleep wakes up when it wears off tries to move screams out I'm pain I go ask for another shot and she is out again in the mean time her oxygen sats are going low which is a side effect of the morphine and finally that got taken care of. The nurses on the day shift are wonderful the might nurses disappear. I hear room bells go off for a long time all night long. I tried for over an hour to find her nurse and magically she finally reappeared at the nurses station. The thing they gave me to sleep In her room on was from the 1940s or 1950s I finally iced that out and decided to stay up all night. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at any hospital. Please if you need to go to a hospital do not come here make a longer drive and go se where else.

OK, so we have to switch insurance and pick up a Marketplace Obama-care............ Unfortunately the insurance is good but the doctor service just sucks, almost no one accept it. Nobody knows why accept a humor that the money is not good enough. Today was my third appointment to third doctor for my daughter speech therapy. The month before a hassle to find a doctor who will remove her kissing tonsils. Mrs. Julia Warner, administrator from OP Rehab called me and schedule appointment after my pediatrician sent a referral to her office with all insurance info. I show up today on time to fill it up another paperwork even I done it so many other times and my daughter had three evaluation done already. Than 15 minutes later after searching for ENGLISH version of patient info that I can fill up since seems only Spanish is available in America now, she came to me and say sorry but the therapists Keila Gutierrez can't see her because they DON'T accept Marketplace. I simple asked her why she didn't ask me this over the phone when she was verifying the insurance. WE ARE JUST PEOPLE WHO TAKE OFF FROM WORK TO BE AT THE DOCTORS OFFICE ON TIME SO THEY CAN PERFORM ON THEIR SCHEDULE AND HELP MANY PATIENTS....all Mrs. Warner has to do is GO AN EXTRA MILE and ask one more question. What kind of service are you running??? How can you treat people like this...I will never step in this hospital ever again
