I arrived at the Lab at 3:50. When it was 4:55 I told the lady at the window that it has been an hour. this is too much wait. Instead of saying it will be more few minutes, she said in a rather aggressive way: Do you want your work order back? of course, I said: yes.I understand that there were people who made appointments. I expected her to say at my arrival that people with appointments have priority and that might cause a delay. Then it was up to me to stay or come some other time. I hope you can train these receptionist to be more tactful and consideratel
