Was not very happy with the service. We were the last customers of the night and felt we were a nuisance. They cut my 7 yr old son's hair. Stylist was very reserved, and didn't introduce herself. Acted like she didn't want to be there. When she went to cut my son's hair she never bothered to ask me what kind of haircut we would like done, she just started clipping away, I had to quickly tell her what we wanted before she was going to do whatever she was going to do. It made me mad, every place I've been to usually ask the customer what they want done before they start cutting. Our son has special needs and is hard for him to sit still plus he fears getting hair cuts. She was not patient and I could tell she was agitated. I wanted to leave at this point. I didn't feel like she knew or had lack of experience regarding cutting hair at one point she says to me she didn't know what to do with his hair around the calic at the back of his head or how to trim it. I told to just trim his hair, maybe do the messy look style. To make a long story short, she didnt cut his hair good at all. It is jagged, not transitioning well to the back of the neck and his sides and uneven throughout. She just combed it down to hide the bad job and offered gel to keep his hair down around his calic. It was obsurd. I have never had this kind of problem anywhere else. She didn't even ask if it was to our satisfaction. I so mad by the work, that it wasn't even worth complaining about as her attitude was her wanting to get home. I was so disappointed they accepted us as the last customer, because I felt their wanting to go home played into the shoddy job they did on my son. I would have rather been turned away and spared this awful experience. Now I will have to take him some where else to fix her bad service. No wonder they have to offer awesome coupons its the only way to trick people to go there and we ourselves didn't even use the coupon! Do not go to this place and suffer through this same experience. If they can't figure out how to trim a child's hair can you imagine what they do with adults! We'll never refer or recommend anyone to go there. Ever!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I picked a picture out of the many style books they have there. The lady who did my hair kept interupting me all the time when I tried to tell her some things about my hair. My hair is a natural dark blond but you have to use more % with the bleach as you would usually use to get it light blond. The result showed that she did not listen to a word I said. My roots are strawberry blond and my front looks like I am bald! Thr roots do not match the rest of the "color" she used at all. The dark blond highlights she tried to get done look reddish-brownish and my hair looks NOTHING like the picture I showed her. After spending 3 hrs and a ton of money there, I look like an idiot. I will NEVER have my hair done there again! You shouldn't either if you want to look decent.
