        With the temperature dropping ...

        With the temperature dropping and kids to keep warm, I wanted to make sure my furnace was ready to take on the cold. When I called to inquire about checking things out, John was extremely friendly and very helpful. Within a few days, he was out to my home checking my furnace and making sure it would work properly (after spending last winter with a less than working furnace)! After fixing some problems that were overlooked by another company, I can say I am full satisfied with the customer service at Service Now, and cannot thank them enough for their reliable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable service techs. JT was really helpful and made me understand what needed to be done in a way I could understand unlike most guys that give you 'tech language' that is just confusing. I am going to be a long time customer with these guys!
