This is a scam artist company. Don't believe the fake positive reviews. Just search for the name Rathbun Realty on Google and you will find they've defrauded thousands of people and families from millions of dollars of their rents & incomes. I was an owner of one of the rental properties, and I had nearly $4K stolen.

Bette Rathbun and her staff are the ones who are writing all the false positive reviews to off-set the negative and honest ones. To know the truth about bette rathbun and her crew, just read all the news paper articles concerning the millions that have gone missing and how they have stole from their tenants and those whose homes they manged. They are the biggest pieces of trash to walk this town!

This site will not allow me to give them ZERO stars; what is deserved. This company has filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I am the owner of a property the Rathbun company was managing. They owe me and many others money. I don't know if you can still contact them at this point, but I recommend you not. If you are looking to rent or to have your property managed, look elsewhere. I am amazed to see any positive mentionings of them as late as August.

Someone needs to get an attorney and Sue Bette and Glover for all the violations

they have done to hundreds and thousands of honest hard working americans who they stole from. I had $1200 taken from me in 2009 from renting from them for 2 years and I should have sued them back then when I had a chance.

They are criminals and should be in Jail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a home owner and have unfortunately signed with Rathbun Realty to manage my property. I was advised by their office today that they will not be paying homeowners their proceeds on the August rent. Supposedly several employees have embezzled millions from the company. I am not surprised because they have seemed shady from the beginning. Every month they collect their 10 percent plus fees. I signed up for that but not for the additional expenses that seem to appear more often than not. Every month they hit me with additional fees. They claim these are upkeep. They have ranged from $50 to $250. The problem is that they refuse to give me receipts for the work that has supposedly been done. Instead they send me what they call a monthly journal. It is non -specific as to what was broken or replaced and does not break down parts or labor fees. I am paying the bill so I should be afforded this information. The disconcerting part is that the home is only 3 years old. I moved out last December and never had the issues they claim to find. They collect their fees as soon as the rent is paid. I have good renters who pay on time. I drive by and feel good at how they take care of my home. Sometimes I wait 4 or 5 weeks to receive my proceeds from the rent. They informed today that I am stuck in my contract with them. They have no intentions of paying out on rent for August. They will try to pay Septembers. They have advised that I am not permitted to speak to the tenant of my property. They are not paying me my money so who are they to tell me who I can speak to. After speaking with my tenant I feel that Rathbun has been charging me for work they are not performing. Unscrupulous business practices at its worst.

I have been very happy with Rathbun. They started managing my house a few months ago. Their maintenance got it cleaned up and it was rented within weeks. I have reached the age where I just cannot handle it by myself anymore and I feel very lucky to have these great people looking after it now.

When I called and asked about a property I was interested, the rental agent I spoke with was so personable and helpful. The property was rented but he found three others to check out! Beautiful homes and a friendly staff. I'm definitely renting with this company!

Very Very poor service. I would not use them if they were the only company in the rental management business. The house we rented was left in excellent, maybe even better than we found it condition. They still managed to find a way to keep $453.13 of our deposit. They will not talk to you an the phone. If you use them, just realize that the deposit is not a deposit at all, but rather a fee. At least half of it. They even charge $65 just for an inspection, and another $144 for "general cleaning and the list goes on.

I have owned a rental home in Tucson for the past 4 years. The first year I took care of it myself, a lot more work than I expected. I called different companies but chose Rathbun Realty and hired them to take over for me. What a relief!! I am now "headache" free. I have great tenants and their crew takes care of anything that comes up, repairs, problems, ETC. They really are the best! Happy Guy!

I own several homes and had been managing them myself. When one of my parents got sick and I needed to find a management company I checked around and decided on Rathbun. They sent an agent to meet me at the unoccupied house and she showed me what she thought they could rent the house for. She also explained how they would handle the already occupied homes, repairs and how they handled rents. They have always handled my concerns, explained any questions I have had about billing, and taken care of getting maintenance and repairs done after getting my approval for the major items. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their house managed. Thanks Rathbun, and keep it up!

Im moving to Tucson from Indiana and they helped me so much. They made the whole process so much easier from putting additional pictures on their website so I didn’t have to make a trip to Tucson. They even emailed me the leasing agreement. They were always courteous, always returned my phone call immediately and treated me with respect. I can wait to move there and continue doing business with them.

I"m actually a former tenant of Rathbuns. I rented with them for a year & a half on the eastside of town. I've had nothing but great experiences with Rathbun. They cleaned my carpet after my one year renewal lease. They were always responsive to my work requests. And although I could mail my rent checks in, I took them in to the front desk because they are so friendly. It's nice when they know you by name :) My job is transferred me to Tennesee which is why I stopped renting from them. But I would tell anyone I know to use them!

Don't hire this company. Let my pool go completely green with algae. Recent very large judgment against them for more than $100,000 from someone else. No star rating.

I can't thank Rathbun enough for everything they've done for me. I became a tenant at the beginning of this month, and just in time for my birthday. Everyone there treated me great and made me feel very welcome. Now I have a beautiful house to live in, and everything is looking up. Thanks Rathbun for the fresh start.

They are awful! They never return calls. The people you do talk to are of NO help and the people with the answers are NEVER available. If you own a home find another place to manage it! As soon as my contract is up I'm going some place else!

I have been a very happy tenant of Rathbun for 6 years. They have always been helpful and respectful. When there are issues with the house, they have someone out there to assess and fix the problem. No having to wait weeks on end trying to figure out what is going on. The staff is very professional, and I enjoy walking into the office to drop off my rent check. Thank you Rathbun for always taking care of me and my family.

I'm so happy with Rathbun. I decided to purchase an investment home, but was undecided with which company I would choose to manage it. After speaking with the staff at Rathbun, I was very impressed. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They made the process very easy for me, and now I have my first investment home. What's even better was that it was rented out in a matter of weeks. I've been with Rathbun for years as a renter. I would never go anywhere else. I've always felt like a person and not just another number to them. When I've asked for help with getting things fixed in my house, like the A/C or my faucet leaking, they did it. When I was between jobs for a period of time, they were understanding and fair. This is a company I would suggest to anyone to rent from.
