This place USE to be like the best place to go to for Italian food, but that was in the late 1970's and mid 1980's.
Now it is 2013 and this place sucks! I just can't believe the reviews. We got Joe's special and they say the pasta is fresh but it was watery and tasted like the wider style top ramen soup noodles in a cup. The sauce was way over garliced. It was just a big pile of glop and cheesy mess! Maybe my pallet is more refined because I have been a cook for 22 years. I think Chief Ramsey needs to yank a knot in their butts! This place looks straight out of the 70-80's as far as decor. It has dim lighting and I'm sure it is to hide the fact there is tons of dust on the fake plants and other crap that is surrounding you. It is just gross and ran down. The soup and salad bar is not good either. They told me that the soup came out of a can! For a place that SAYS everything is fresh...I think they got lazy and started using cheap non-fresh foods. The help doesn't seem very happy to work there as well. They seem to have lost their passion for food and life and have just given up.

The best kept secret in Tucson. Their wedding soup, "is to die for." The homemade pastas are fresh along with their sauces and they seem to just melt in your mouth. When family and friends come from out of town this is one of our favorite places to take them. We celebrated my nephews graduation there. There are so many choices on the menu its hard to pick. The prices are extremely reasonable.
