Mike at Lacey’s automotive is my hero right now! First he rescued me at the airport when I drove over the puncture strips! He towed my car to the dealership under my service warranty. I called the dealership the next morning. They couldn’t find my car. It was left blocking their entry gate under a security camera. I called mike to confirm. He did and I told him the cheapest I could get 2 tires for was 379 and that seemed high. He told me what the prices were currently at Lacey Auto Services. Long story short, I got 4 new tires with a tow from the dealership to his place for 349. Thank God for business owners with integrity! Thanks Mike!

Lacey Automotive was amazing they are true Angles! The owner contacted me on Facebook from a post I made asking for help with my horse trailer lights before my trip out to Houston TX. as part of the hurricane Harvey relief team. My horse trailer had multiple electrical issues and had been sitting in storage for 5+ years. They worked on that trailer for over 6hrs, testing and inspecting every detail, from my truck to the trailer. They fixed every single electrical issue and replaced every bulb that was still out! I had no running lights, no left blinker, no hazards, no break lights, I had installed a brand new battery for the trailer and no living quarter lights, tack room lights, stall lights, nothing! They fixed everything for me working till 11pm at night out of the kindness of their hearts. I offered to pay but they refused and asked that I bought more supply's for the victims of hurricane Harvey with the money that I was going to pay with. If it wasn't for them, I would not have been able to go with over $8,000.00 and 6,000 lbs in supply's. I also was able to bring back 14 dogs who had been evacuated out of the surrounding shelters in Houston and transported them to the Tucson Humane society. Thank you Lacey Automotive for all that you have done! (P.S. you need to get a yelp, because this review is long over due)

The worst experience I've had at any auto repair shop. They are very rude, no professionalism at all. They will ignore your calls and when you go down there no one knows anything about your vehicle because they are to busy covering up the mistakes they have made. Nothing was fixed at all but they are quick to want money. I do not recommend anyone to come here. Don't waste your time.

went to buy a car from mike lacey,said if anything was wrong with it we will fix it.we have yet to get vehicle fixed right.they don't have MECHANICS they are back yard butchers.would never answer phones or reply to textes.car is very unsafe to drive.every excuse they used to put us off.they took our 2,500 fast,but they lied to us constantly.they are poor business ethics.

I took my ford 500 to have some work done to numerous places and Lacy Automotive was hands down the best place for the work I needed done. 1/4 of what the dealership wanted on a car Ford doesn't even make anymore! Good guys!

After having some problems with my car, I took it to a shop for a free estimate. I was told it was my transmission and could be fixed for 1380$...BUT it didn't need to b done right away.i had at least 6 more months before it would go out..The very next day with my wife driving and a 3 yr old in the car in heavy traffic, it completely broke!! I called EVERY WHERE even Phoenix trying to get a good price. ..I finally talked to Mike at lacey automotive and was so happy to hear he had a transmission that would work for my car in stock..and for about 75% LESS than anywhere else!!! My car is working GREAT thanks to lacey automotive. .I will never go anywhere else and send all my friends, family and Co workers to them as well! ! Pick lacey automotive, u won't b disappointed! !

Mike bends over backwards to take care of his clients automotive needs and finds a budget they can afford I take all my vehicles here and never had an issue they do there best to get it right the first time and always stand behind there work.... Thanks mike and crew for always doing a great job

I Have been taking my vehicles to mike lacey for years! My husband takes his vehicles and my mother in law recently purchased a vehicle from him.mike and lacey automotive have saved us numerous times from the side of the rode, repaired things that a differnt shop damaged and gave us great prices!! If it wasn't for lacey automotive I would be on the bus right now!! I recommend this shop to anyone and will never go anywhere else!!!

Took my truck in to have a valve job done and needed a MECHANIC to disassemble and reassemble the top end of my motor. The job took much longer than projected, owner would call me and tell me it's ready and when I would get down there it was still in pieces!! He had some uncertified greasemonkey's hanging all over it and it was very obvious they didnt know what they were doing! They attempted to start the vehicle multiple times while I was watching and THE MOTOR DID NOT HAVE OIL IN IT! Finally, after about a week, I was told it was running and ready to go. I drove the truck before leaving and it seemed to be fine. About 20 minutes after leaving, the oil pressure dropped to zero and the red ENGINE light came on. Called Mike the minute it happened and he told me to bring it back and it will be taken care of.....TWO DAYS LATER, the "mechanic" working on it called and said it was the oil sending unit. I got the truck home and drove it for a little while...SAME PROBLEM. At this point im not even thinking about taking it back to the same place. Had 2 other REAL mechanics look at it an was told by both of them that an engine bearing was spun. This was not an issue when the truck was dropped off and a call to Lacey Automotive was passed around between 3 people and at the end of the call was told "we'll give you a good deal on getting it replace" SHARKS! It all makes sense now! They want me to keep paying for repairs that THEY CAUSED!!!
