        Founded in 1968, the La Frontera Center is a nonprofit, community-based behavioral health agency that serves children, adults and families throughout southern Arizona. The agency offers case management and residential services. It also provides assessment, evaluation and diagnosis services. The La Frontera Center offers outpatient mental health counseling for individuals, families and groups. The agency also provides substance abuse treatment, including outpatient and opioid treatment. It conducts and participates in various research projects. The agency is a partner of the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona. It is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation facilities. The agency is a member of La Frontera, which is the parent corporation of La Frontera Mariachi, La Frontera Housing and La Frontera Enterprises. The La Frontera Center is located in Tucson, Ariz.
