Kmart

After many bad trips to this store in hopes to enjoy purchasing items, we finally had a good experience. Customer associate Tia was fantastic! Her professionalism and helpfulness was above & beyond good. She gladly informed us on how to update our account information in order to accumulate our Kmart points. We have had numerous negative shopping experiences here where the staff are not helpful nor do they want to be asked for help by customers. The selection of products was low, but we did find what we needed. Tia deserves a significant elevation of her salary because of her genuine professionalism. Thanks for making our family finally feel like welcomed and appreciated customers... 😁

I hadn't shopped at this K-Mart for many years. Was tired after many hours Christmas shopping, needed a few more gifts, was passing K-Mart and gave it a try. Since K-Mart is now part of Sears there has been a great change. Toy, toy, toys! I was impressed. Very clean. Friendly clerks on the floor and at the registers. Asked for a rain check, no problem. I'll be back.
