I scheduled an appointment at 7:30am on a Saturday morning. They said it would be a three hr wait wen i arived when I mentioned I had an appointment they said that people start lineing up at 6:30am for service on Saturdays and that my appointment didn't matter. Then I was toled that the afternoon was slower so I sceduled another pointless appointment at 1:00pm it's now been an hour and a half since I dropped the car off I'm going to sit here writing bad reviews wile I wait.. I did have time to dubble check the prices on used cars about 3 to 4 thousand over priced compaird to eBay and car max... Love the iPad!!!!!!!

my boyfriend bought a car here not even a year ago and realized there was something wrong with the clutch, they said nothings wrong so he bought it anyways. after that he realized itwas getting worse, so he tried taking it in! NOTHING!!! then just a little while ago his vehicle broke down in the middle of traffic (luckily there wasnt a car accident!)

he took it inn and they charged him $1200 for a new clutch that should of been taken care of in the first place!!! we told them that there was a clicking noise and something wrong with the alternator but they said it was nothing (mind you the one telling us this was the manager). then we left the lot. it seemed to ride smooth for a while, then it started loosing power over the course of 3 weeks. so we popped the hood and low and behold, things were missing from the engine!! hmm!!

well now we try calling them and telling them this and all they do is transfer us to this number, then that number, then finally hang up on us! one associate actually laughed at us on the phone and thought it was funny!!! DON'T BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! all they want is money!!!
