B S. has it RIGHT! And how similar our stories!..., My wife and I have shopped at Ft. Lowell store on several occasions & found staff to be borderline "rude" & certainly unfriendly! (Except for a couple of guys that work in the back, who know what "good customer svc" is!). We had been shopping for about 2 hours & had quite a few things. We had items being held @ the cashier counter, things in our cart & hand-carried the rest. We chose a spot near the shoes, to go thru our goodies & put them in some sort of order, when out of no-where, this large, blonde-haired, angry man, 30ish, comes racing towards us, directing his attn. to me, but for my wife & I to both leave the store at once before he calls the police, accusing me of "stealing" a ball cap priced at $1.99! (Earlier, I tried on the "alledged theft item" then caught my eye on the shirts, forgetting I had the "alledged item of theft" still on my head!) We had full intentions of paying for it, along with the approx. $100 in other goods, and had not even left the store yet! We were humiliated by this "manager"! People were staring at us like common thieves! Isn't it considered theft if you sneak something OUT OF THE STORE without paying for it??? Not wear it on your head in plain sight while still in the store! That's BAD MANAGEMENT plain and simple, for accusing innocent, faithful shoppers of stealing!

A frequent visitor to all stores in Tucson, ft Lowell is truly the worst!
Extremely rude, highest priced beyond clothing!
Sell items OVER regular prices in many instances!
Very very poorly managed. Shady activity! Pressured for money in parking lot on several occasions! No thank you! Not worth the visit any longer! OBSERVE AND CHANGE EMPLOYEES!!!

it has a fresh, clean look. That's the only thing about the Ft Lowell store that's nice. I'm a middle aged woman who is married to the Pima County District Attorney. It would not be in my best interest to shoplift. I sell lingerie online. I took several bras off the hanger to inspect them. A worker grabbed the bras out of my hand, called for "assistance" to put them back on the hangers, and when I told her that I typically spend a great deal of money at Goodwill, she sneered and made a horrible comment. My friend said the employees have been rude to her as well. After a week of talking about this incident, it has come to my attention the workers treat everyone as if they are shoplifting! I assure you that Goodwill would not be the place me or anyone I know would ever target for theft! It seems to me anyone desperate enough to take something from a second hand store must really need it, and therefore it should be given to them! I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. I had to beg my husband not to file a suit. Luckily not all of the Goodwill's in Tucson are a reflection of the Ft Lowell store and the maniacs running it!
