El Molino Mobile Home Park

I've lived in this park for over 6 years, and my brother and nephew have lived here over 9 years..I love this park.. it's is a very nice park to live in. It's kept up and tenents are checked out so all who live here are not felons or law breakers.. It's a family park and we even have a nice pool. There are 2 different laundry rooms and club house. People are friendly and rates are resonable.. You can rent a space/trailer or own your own and just rent the space... check it out, talk with a few tenents.. I highly recomend this park... Alice K.

Toured a trailer I was told ready to rent!

What a dump!

This is a classic Jerry Springer Trailer Park!

You had better speak Mexican if you want to live here from what I saw.

The guy who showed this dump was to busy working his cell phone to really do his job!

Also saw roaches.

Grounds where awful and no covered parking.

Right next to freeway so people can break into your car and have a fast get away!

This place needs rent a bull dozer!

Do not waste your time here.
