Desert Sage Apartments

I first moved in to these apartments while in college. (3 yrs ago) At the time they were not much to look at. Not to mention the close proximity to a bad part of town it seemed just another slum. Since new ownership has taken over, they have cleaned up the area considerably. I believe it may have something to do with the added police force since the opening of River sub-station. Now the local atmosphere seems to be more of hard working blue collar Americans. Wish I wasn't moving away this semester I will miss my new Home.

I think the reviews that used to be posted were deleted after a period of time. This is not a place you want to live. It is not managed well at all. The manager and maintenance woman live together when they are not fighting between themselves. When mad at each other their anger spills over to the tenants. They are not nice to the tenants. They do things that just make you wonder where they are coming from. People do not stay here long. There are problems with people who do drugs and people staying there who do not belong there.
