I will not eat at this store again until they get rid of the flies that are all around the place. It is extremely aggravating to keep brushing the flies away as you try to eat. They are everywhere.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS LAJAUNA AND HER DAUGHTER SHORT LITTLE BITCHES .ITS FUNNY HOW THEY COULD NEVER GET A GM OR AST TO STAY THERE WHEN THEY FIND A GOOD ONE THEY FIRED THEM FOR NO REASON THE DM IS A DRUNK HER DAUGHTER DOES DRUGS AND CRIME DONT GO THERE THEY ARE ALL DRUGIES

Did Burger King forget what "customer service" is. My experience at this restaurant has in the past been marginal, but never good. This time is was absolutely the worst. I did a drive thru order, requested a Whopper, Onion Rings and a Drink. I also said that I had a coupon for a Free Whopper. When I got to the window, I asked if I could have some sauce for the Onion Rings. The waitress said that they charge for this, then without me saying anything she said "I gave you french fries, give them back". I opened the bag and took out the fries, as I handed them to her, she grabbed them and said you got your free sandwich and walked away. She returned, as I reached for the Onion Rings, she pushed them at me. I said, could I speak to the Manager. She repeated, "You got your free sandwich". I again said, "Please give me the manager". She closed the window. and walked away. As I saw the manager a short distance away, I honked my horn. After a couple of minutes, the manager came over. I explained what occurred. He said "We charge for sauce". I then said, "You didn't listen to me, I told you that the service was bad." He told me to go away. I asked for his name, he said I am not going to give you anything and he closed the window.
