        Overall

        I loved the store when Frank was the owner because of employees and how I was treated there was always excellent! The new owner let go of everyone with massive experience and they made the shop great you just lost my business! You just lost a ton of business the way in which you rudely let people go and made up bogus claims of a dates for applications that no one except the new owner knew about! They will run it into the ground with inexperienced employees and lack of product knowledge! The way you let experienced employees go for a sales position but will hire younger and cheaper employees who don't know even half of what everyone else knew is ridiculous! I guarantee you that you'll lose tons of business within the cycling world when everyone gets wind of how you operate and what you did to some of the best employees you had! You never saw their value and your business will suffer for it!
