Had a nail in my tire last week and they removed it and plugged the hole for me in under 10 mins.. They were quite busy too so I found it cool that they found time for my vehicle. Was very cheap I think 10 bucks.. Thanks folks

Muffler Man is the only mechanic shop I trust, the workers, the manager are great people. They find out my problem and give me a quick estimate all the time. They also take me with them in a test drive to find out what problems I have with my car. I've been a regular customer here for years, and the business keeps getting better. I recommend everyone to come here, if they're busy they always give me a time to come, or tell me to come the next day. And I usually don't have a ride home if I have to keep my car there for a day or for a few hours, so they always give me a ride home, and pick me up when my car is complete. They do a fantastic job. I have all my friends, and family come to them and ONLY them. Again, I recommend everyone to come here. You won't be disappointed. They're good hearted, honest, hard working people. I needed a water pump and timing belt for my 1998 Honda accord. I called around to different places to get prices. Some shops gave me a price, some shops wanted to look at my car. When I called Muffler Man he gave me a price for the job, but told me I should bring it in for him to look at it first to make sure it is really my problem. He said he would not charge just to make sure. It was the problem and the price he gave me on the phone was the price he charged me. Very Happy. Thank You guys.

After taking my car to 2 different shops for brakes, and was quoted very high prices, I took my car to Muffler Man of Troy for a quote on a brake job. they took my car right in to inspect the brakes. when the car was on their hoist, they took me to the car and showed me the problem. they gave me my choice of brake pads and explained the different quality of each brand. they told me that they could save my rotors by turning them on a brake lathe to make them even, the other shops wanted to sell me new rotors for a lot more money. They explained all the things that go into a good brake job, such as cleaning and lube all moving parts. I chose the brake pads that they get from Napa. They were called Safety Stop pads. The job was done complete and quickly. They saved me a lot of money. After taking my car here, I am very confident that they did a great job. My husband and I will always take our cars here and refer them to all our friends.
